That's why we need the BBC!

So the UK won't be able to launch a missile without US approval.

Or, it could, but it could be overridden by the US.

Is that correct?

You must do everything you can to protect and strengthen in @eddavey.libdems.org.uk

It's not perfect.

ITN, Sky news are just trashy imposters driven by advertising revenues and their own owners ideologies.

No news organisation is perfect @johnsimpsonnews.bsky.social we know that.
And boy do I disagree with BBC coverage at times.
But.. it's still the best and most trustworthy news gathering organisation in the world and it's at war with billionaire media modules desperate to take it down.
November 11, 2025 at 1:26 PM
Everyone wants to have a pop at the BBC. Sure, they messed up.
Who doesn't?

But there is a deeper reason for the witch-hunt by other billionaire owned media organizations.

The BBC doesn't do adverts and it's paid for by the license payer and state owned.
Control the media...control the narrative!

He's also saying climate change isn't a problem anymore.
He's no hero.

Oh...and he flies around the world in a private jet.

Man City and Newcastle Utd are state owned / state backed clubs.
It's a disgrace that this was allowed to happen.
It takes nothing away from the brilliance of Pep and all the trophies he's one.
This is what a regulator should look at.

What catches my eye is that we're now in the year 2025 and the British people still think it's ok to have an unelected and unaccountable family as their head of state.
November 7, 2025 at 7:28 AM
And all peaceful I hear 👍

He fly's all over the country in a helicopter.
November 6, 2025 at 9:24 PM
I'll be amazed if this will ever be fully built as it makes no sense.
November 6, 2025 at 1:32 PM
I'll believe it when I see it.

Perhaps she should have been advised better before taking on a manager who's guided England to 3 successive finals, and a polite, well mannered and professional colleague who justified her selection as #1 in the last Euro's.
November 6, 2025 at 9:33 AM
Oh so true.

And the right always think they have one ☹️
November 5, 2025 at 9:27 AM
Ridiculous overreaction
Click bait (which I fell for).

We don't know the circumstances behind the attack but @theguardian.com want us walking around in protective bubbles.
November 3, 2025 at 8:58 AM
Drip drip news.
And it usually turns out to be incorrect.

Let's wait until the police do an investigation and we find out what went down.

Sounds like the extracts are more exciting than the book.

Boring!

Not Sinner, but the challengers who aren't even getting close.

He needs to answer them in the UK first @channel4news.bsky.social

She's certainly not short of confidence 😀

Hannah Hampton was the better keeper. Totally deserved her spot and proved it at the last Euro's 🏆
