Is he referring to the Gaelic speakers among the Glasgow population If he is he should be aware that they have formed part of Glasgows culture since the city was founded!

It is estimated that the full cleanup and decontamination of Dounreay nuclear power station will take 300 years. Yet Westminster now wants to build *more* nuclear power stations in Scotland.
