🧶I’ve been offline on purpose for a while but boy oh boy have I been knitting. Monochrome Fox Paws wrap pair is now more than half done! My friend asked for ALL ORANGE and I’m making mine ALL TEAL, but since they’re paired, each one will have a borrowed stripe. Orange is finished, Teal in progress!

I did end up tracking down that dang lace! Traded with a lovely person on Ravelry & now I’m on to the Peacock Stole. I chose this one as a challenge, and because it’s beautiful, and because frankly when I manage to pull off an intricate lace pattern I feel like a fucking BEAST. LOOK AT THIS. I MADE!

I have been ITCHING to knit another Fox Paws wrap, and every time I finish one I feel like a kid on a rollercoaster yelling “again!” So this time I’m making two. My last one (final pic!) was finished in Aug’23, so it’s about damn time. Casting on orange tonight! Pattern by @xandypeters.bsky.social

I’ve always loved getting my hands smeared with paint, charcoal, ink—when art gets all over me. Hah. This is after a full day of packing a food pantry, cuts and grime and all. Looks just as good as ink to me.
