Absolutely I’m going to tell you right now. I took those magnesium supplements and sprayed the mag oil spray on me after a long hot shower. I laid on the bed and you know what🥲 I fell asleep!!!! I fell asleep!!!!!

Girl I left about 53 years ago. My husband joined the military.. they sent us to San Diego California, then to Portsmouth Virginia and then to Europe for 2 years. I lived in Italy, France, and then Spain. No way I could return to WVa after all that. I became a completely different person.
