She’s likely already been through them but if not - all of the Grishaverse novels by Leigh Bardugo, and the Peculiar Children series by Ransom Riggs, both are great! The early books in Jodi Taylor’s Chronicles of St. Mary’s might be good but they do include quite a bit of death.

I mean to be fair this administration would never be able to get their legs up on the desk, so I guess we’ll have to settle for nitpicking on the little things like leveling buildings, grabbing people off the street, starving people, and sending troops to our cities.

Last I heard, we have around 30 planned in Montana, including one in a town with a population of 31 people.
