yes!! I love the ice caps!!! I always look so weird when I have a migraine because I have a wrap around ice cap and then my foot bath on the highest heat lol! hope you get feeling better! 💛💛

ugh! migraines are the worst! I get them very frequently!! something that really helps me is putting my feet in hot water! I don’t know why it helps but it works like magic!! I’ve also heard that giving yourself a brain freeze can help but I haven’t tested that one out yet lol!
