IDK if color blindness is really considered a disability but there was also the super ableist/problematic The Most Colorful Time of the Year. It, Noel Next Door, and My Christmas Guide all shared a director and writer--I was glad they improved by My Christmas Guide!

Alas, I did not think his character showed much improvement in the rest of the movie, so keep your expectations for him low when you go back to it!
