It goes one of two ways - I am a useless broken layabout and they're shocked that I'm actually employed (sometimes in two jobs at once!) OR I'm an anxious overachiver woman who's made up her own diagnosis and added it to her records by sheer force of hysteria.

I don't even know how to TW this so I'll just TL;DR: he was slipping the women he was interviewing strong diuretics then deliberately taking them far away from a toilet to humiliate them.
