Ummm, so if someone said “classic autistic behaviour” and put a screenshot of an abusive behaviour that is not specific to any diagnosis… I don’t think that people would be okay with that statement. And would be right.

It’s not. Gaslighting, manipulation, DARVO, sexual and many other forms of abuse are not specific to people with NPD.

People with NPD are not more likely to be abuse than people with GAD, depression, ASD or BPD. Abuse is abuse.

Ew. It doesn’t exists. There is no such a thing, people with NPD don’t have special tactics to abuse, it’s just abuse. Different form. Stop it.

Then you have to deal with the consequences. I feel unsafe because of these words too. It sounds like you are talking about all people with cluster B disorders.

And I realised that I/we reached a goal in my therapy. It’s not over, but we definitely did something, and it helps us to enjoy our life more. Wow! Like, we don’t have to suffer forever to prove that we are worthy or valid, we deserve to be happy and loved already.

I am doing okay though! I have started taking care of myself (and I am doing that for a few months), I have started to going outside, I have been reading more books too. I realised that I can visit kid’s library and take books or read them there. It was so healing.

Like yall we can acknowledge someone's bad behavior without being ableist. We can just describe his actions. Simple.

So people were mad at me because i said that you can't diagnose Elon with ASPD just because he is a bad person. Wow. Common sense is rare these days. And people claim to be MH activists until it comes to easily dx a bad person with NPD or ASPD. Good job. /sarc
