Reminder: This country was founded on people coming from somewhere else in search of a better life.

Indigenous people were here first, not the Europeans and not the white people in the late 1800s.
Know your rights. Protect your neighbors.

New York is — and always will be — a city for all immigrants.

One of my neighbors has been putting up these fish facts posters. All kinds of different fish, marine, freshwater, deep, shallow, all kinds. This is a good one. “Stg this real fish” took me out. Good work, neighbor.

There isn’t much for our Supreme Court to hear, the Constitution is already clear. And just to be absolutely clear: the Supreme Court does not have the power to overrule or rewrite our Constitution.

How is a boat full of drugs when it’s flipped over? What a disgusting piece of 💩
Q: What did you see in the second strike?

Cotton: "I saw two survivors trying to flip a boat -- loaded with drugs, bound for the United States -- back over, so they could stay in the fight."

By the numbers:

Three weeks of talking about affordability
Thousands of prices rising
Hundreds of tariffs raised
Zero substantive policies announced
Dozens of lies that prices are coming down
One billionaire calling your concern about affordability a “con job.”

I’ll bet many of them weren’t “drug boats” and now he says he’s going to start blowing up on land.

Curious about your take on companies suing the Trump admin for tariff refunds.

There he is, Admiral Bradley, the fall guy. They acknowledged the second strike happened, likely bc they didn’t have a choice so that’s something. Which makes Hegseth a shit faced liar.
REPORTER: Does the administration deny that that second strike happened, or did it happen and the administration denies that Hegseth gave the order?

LEAVITT: The latter. Secretary Hegseth authorized Admiral Bradley to conduct these kinetic strikes. He worked well within his authority and the law.

As Secretary of Defense, let’s just shit post our way through accusations of war crimes bc why not? Who knows if he’ll be held accountable?
This is what the so-called "Secretary of War" is tweeting amid reports that his department ordered a second strike to make sure they killed survivors of a boat they attacked that they allege with no proof carries drugs (which doesn't justify bombing them even it were true)

They’ve “pressed” the Admin for more transparency. Good to see they appear to be taking this more seriously esp since these jerks are going to start bombing on land.
Sens. Roger Wicker (R-Miss.) and Jack Reed (D-R.I.) issued a statement Saturday vowing to conduct “vigorous oversight” on Caribbean strikes after a report surfaced that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth ordered the U.S. military to “kill everybody” aboard an alleged drug vessel.
