BMO/CIBC say spending $100 Billion on pipeline is non-starter for corporations, without Public incentives. I.E., taxpayers on the hook for unlimited subsidy. Urk!

Why not laugh at them? Albertan conservative voters have shown for decades that you can say/do whatever you want and they’ll still vote conservative. What’s the worst they’ll do? Not show up on election day?
