I'm weirdly cross about there being a version of the Monopoly board game which requires an app.
I get it's just an optional version, but you shouldn't need a phone with an internet connection to play a board game.

Its funny how Pokemon Legends Z-A takes place inside 1 small city, and yet the majority of the buildings are still completely flat boxes with all details painted on; including windows, plants, and balconies.
GTA games on the 20+ year old PS2 had modeled balconies and depth to a lot of buildings.
