I've stopped putting sugar in mine (when the coffee is actually good 'cause Dunkins and Starbucks 🤮) that's a step. Have not done away with dairy yet.

The fact that education ranks lower than useless things like luxury items or eating out, should make us all pause, regardless of how (un)educated we are... 🤷🏽♀️

Looong history of too many blue collar folks working too many hours, with too little respite, and getting addicted to whatever substance (often sugary: alcohol, energy drinks, etc) just to prop up the moneyed classes who are the only ones benefitting from labor and addiction...

That shit (and all the other extreme sugary drinks) are bad for your health in , oh, so many ways. It's not even funny. Not to mention they taste awful. How some folks enjoy that shit, i cannot fathom. Same with all the flavored seltzers. What is wrong with people's taste buds 🤷🏽♀️ ??!

Well that's the thing. I was gonna go now, but obviously that did not happen, then I was going to for thksgiving, but I'm realizing i'm flying out on Dec 1st for a conference in Vienna, so that's gonna be too close.
