I thought the whole idea was to claim innocence *and* blame a scapegoat... Of course that doesn't work too well if the scapegoat is an appendage!

Unfortunately most ICC convicts don't serve time.

I don't have time to weep. I'm busy preparing for #revolution.

This should have been the mission of all "news" media since 2015, especially regarding Trump, instead of bothsides-ing and sanewashing unserious people merely for profit.

Of course Bluesky can ruin the whole experiment by banning them again...

What I meant was that reposting doesn't get you anywhere near the same number of followers so yes, we're in complete agreement.

We should conduct an experiment...

I don't want to sell anything, buy anything, or process anything as a career.I don't want to sell anything bought or processed, or buy anything sold or processed, or process anything sold, bought, or processed, or repair anything sold, bought, or processed.I just want to hang with #DerPumpkinFührer.

Social media has never really lent itself to good behavior when it comes to attribution. I mean there are norms that many people try to follow but there's usually no penalty for plagiarism (nor for anything else lately in this post-factual dystopia). Re-skeeting is peanuts by comparison...

Thanks for the info. I've only ever commented on two of her posts just to say that they were cool.

What is this in reference to?

Do you have any idea where this is in Portugal? It has to be the Atlantic, possibly near Ovar. I was there last summer...

The question that needs to come up in every presser is "How does the military know who is on the boats?" There are secure ways to give the public an answer without compromising operations. But I suspect they will never tell us because it would just be another lie.

You're 100% correct. Events like the My Lai Massacre could not be normalized even in the context of a foreign war (unauthorized by Congress). We really can't let it be normalized now, especially considering that the threat is minimal and the legal justification is nonexistent.

There is no such thing as "dominant–narrative driven results". There is a preponderance of evidence that supports a hypothesis and there's everything else.

He doesn't have the statistical or epidemiological training to support his analyses. Here's one analysis where he was *definitively* incorrect:

And he's pushed false conspiracies in other areas as well:

YouTuber misinterprets Covid-19 vaccine evidence on children from Singapore – Full Fact
Dr John Campbell claims that new evidence shows more children “suffered a severe reaction to vaccine” than required oxygen therapy for Covid-19. But this is incorrect, and the comparison is flawed.

Largely discredited after his anti-vax turn. You use the nursing PhD and "practical experience" to buttress his credentials when in fact he primarily worked as a nursing educator, his PhD was in methods of teaching via digital media, and he worked as an A&E nurse for less than a decade.

pharmacokinetic modeling and basic logic that refutes the video's claims. The chat is not doing any "reasoning" and it doesn't have to. It's clear that *valid* clinical trials did not see an effect as opposed to retrospective studies with several confounding factors that are hard to control for.

I'm also an excellent critical thinker. Have been for decades. It takes a lot to make me believe in conspiracies. You posted a video that maintained that clinical trials of ivermectin and HCQ efficacy were done incorrectly due to ingestion protocols. I posted a summarization with refs to /2

First, nobody with a job has time to do a full literature review. Maybe you do and more power to you except I think you've already made up your mind and are looking for anything to lend weight to your narrative. GenAI is an excellent summarization tool and I have a strong statistical background. /1
