Based on Economist/YouGov, Trump is underwater with every demographic group except White people - and just barely above water with White people.

How do you deal with the fact that official #USeconomy data is getting patchier and of lesser quality? I tried to look at indicators that are not under control by the government. Here is what I found for Handelsblatt.

Bankrupcies of larger firms are as high as in 2010.

This is such a powerful piece of modern journalism. A combination of work on the ground, data journalism and visualisation. All telling the tragic, brutal story of 'death traps' in #Gaza. www.ft.com/content/6c74...

Man (ich) kann dezent genervt sein, weil mal wieder solche News auf einen Sonntag verarzten muss. Aber man muss von Glück reden, dass Trump noch nicht ans FIRMS der NASA seine Axt angelegt hat. #dataviz #satelliteimagery #iran

Brilliant, yet painful job by the @data.ft.com team to put this (in)humanitarian crisis into perspective. What Gazans had as land per person before the war. And what Gazans might end up with having. #gaza #dataviz

Gibt's dazu Forschung?

Das sollte man ernst nehmen. Anstatt über die Abschaffung des Umweltministeriums zu fabulieren.

there's a certain kind of grifter whose whole bit is stringing together 500-word versions of "hacking the mainframe... I'm in". people who pay for twitter like to then fawn over how brilliant these people are. mostly harmless, except when they have the ear of someone dismantling our government
It's a perfect encapsulation of where the right is at intellectually these days that Elon's favorite data person is like 'I'm sorry, I tried to process 60k rows of data and my computer exploded'

Do you know what’s great about vaccines? We can stop outbreaks in the first place, so we don’t have to discuss half-witted hypotheticals about the precise circumstances we’d rather have kids exposed to a deadly, disabling virus…
RFK Jr: "It used to be that everybody got measles. And the measles gave you lifetime protection against measles infection. The vaccine doesn't do that ... it used to be that very young kids were protected by breast milk. Women who get vaccinated do not provide that level of immunity."
