2012 was my first #googleio and first visit to a Square office. 13 years later I'm flying to my 4th Google I/O. I miss the sky divers, beer taps with Androids, @chethaase.com and @romainguy.dev duo, GWT, Google Glass and more. But I'm excited for tomorrow to learn more about AI, Compose and more!

I remember when the #googleio app was THE app to emulate. It had best practices and was considered the bar to match. This was before AndroidX and Jetpack 👴. It stinks that there is only a web app for it nowadays.
