They didn't have a lot of time to plot out the show. The wings WERE going to hang down at all times but it looked stupid.

I've been trying to find good reviews of it! Did you read the older Kyle Higgins comics? Those are by far the best that I've seen. He really continued on with the spirit of the DCAU, you could tell he actually cared about it.

I love Bruce and Terry's weird relationship. The "finale" was a scrapped idea for a movie crammed into a 40-minute episode that created so many plot holes, plus had Terry acting like more of an emo teen at thirty than he ever did in high school... I really can't list all my issues with it
