I bought some terrible Christmas decorations at my local charity shop this morning.

I've been attending hypnotherapy sessions (on and off) for over a year.
I'm now calmer, more confident and content as a result of hypnotherapy.
I no longer drink alcohol (15 months sober)
I have challenges, but everyday is a chance to start again.
Self-compassion is part of my makeup now.

I spent a lot of money on my cat at the vet today.
He just tried to bite me as I very gently tried to move him from my foot so I could get up to go to the bathroom.
I will continue to love him wildly.
I don't make the rules.
