Animation is like 100x harder then just drawing. You also really need to use dedicated animation software. Most drawing programs are not setup for animation so if you do anything other then basic key frames then you will end up in art hell. I am trying to animate in krita and its been a total slog.

This is intended with most movies having the audio mixed this way. the best thing you can really do is try use an audio compressor to reduce dynamic range.
