Instead of "boots and suits" what history shows is that otg queer and trans folks are perfectly capable of organizing ourselves. That the most gets done, by far, when we also take the fight to the gentry within our own demographics, who would happily ditch us to secure their own positions.

laser techs in general r pretty chill and lovely in my experience. using clippers w a guard to shorten the hair first also helps me reduce the force I need on the razor to actually shave the hair so might help w the coordination a bit to do that first (I use clippers to maintain my body hair mostly)

if Ur going to the same place I got laser, talk to the techs about it! I doubt you're the first person they've seen who finds shaving difficult and they might have advice.
