The Founding Fathers didn't anticipate someone as evil as Trump. OR that Congress and the Supreme Court would cede power to him.

Trump is letting NVIDIA export cutting-edge AI chips that his own DOJ revealed are being illegally smuggled into China.

His own DOJ called these chips "building blocks of AI superiority."

Trump and Lutnick need to answer to Congress on why they are selling out US security.

Trump: the “king” of creating problems, putting a Band-aid on those same problems, and then taking credit for “saving America.”

Reminder that Trump’s first wife Ivana wasn’t an American citizen until 1988. Don Jr was born in 1977, Ivanka in 1981, and Eric in 1984. According to Trump’s new rules they don’t qualify for birthright citizenship and have been here for decades as non-citizens and therefore qualify for deportation.

Trump never faced legal charges for his #1 role in the Jan 6th insurrection to overturn the vote certification. Got off scot free. The SCOTUS, instead, found it fit to reward him with immunity powers no other president has ever had. Now, the right-wing "justices" want to give him even more.

If SCOTUS tears down the 14th Amendment, there can be no moderate position for ANY Democrat. If they tear it down the Constitution of the United States, SCOTUS should be deemed lawless and the Democrats must go to war with lawlessness.
The fact that SCOTUS is going to tell us who's an American and who's not is THE REASON why the Democrats must stop playing around. It's time to defend immigration as a universal good and in terms of liberty and justice for all.

Accepting rightwing lies as if they're true is how we got here.

We don't need massive SCOTUS reform in the abstract. Fixed terms, some small things. But the problem isn't the Court. It's the justices. These six people are so bad, such enemies of the Constitution, they must be removed or otherwise disempowered even if it means things I'd generally rather not do.

They are such a huge part of the problem now. Guess money talks, so they keep enabling our abusive, maniacal President.

people like to say that Trump and/or the GOP are acting as if they never expect to be out of power, but that's at least as true for SCOTUS' Republican supermajority, and, absent any kind of court reform, much more likely to be true
