I use Isopure and add creatine, HMB, collagen peptides, pure cocoa powder, nonfat plain yogurt, and berries. Really helps with recovery. Or a David Protein bar, also great for muscle recovery during long runs, easy to digest.

Hi Dick,
My thoughts on Garmin’s use of “anaerobic”: They don’t adjust their 220-minus-age formula for older runners like us who are fitter than our average demographic. I run-walk slowly, no racing this year, low heart rate, and it says I’m in the a-zone, so it suggests it. My theory anyway.😊

Okay, Dr. Pete, what’s the race? I’m sorry I forgot. By the way, you’re the second person through whom I’ve encountered this volume of “innits.” The only reason I know what it means, as an American, is that I read Martin Amis’s dystopic novel London Fields 35 years ago! Do you know it?
