I apologized to the lady for rage venting when she called back. But seriously: why didn’t they just answer the phone when I called?? I. Do. Not. Understand. The $6.90 will be auto billed 10 days from the date of notification. They could have just told me that the day I signed the paper.

$6.90 doesn’t even pay the wages of one person sitting in that room.

I just rage vented to a voicemail because I couldn’t talk to a person about $6.90 I owe to a doctor that I signed a piece of paper saying I agreed to auto pay and am now receiving multiple notifications that I owe $6.90. I know there a four actual people sitting in the room where the phone rings.
