After completing my dissertation defense it was like I could feel all of my neurons losing their death grip on each other. Imagine- not hyper focusing on one thing after actual years…

Grade 5 had so many questions & fears. Some were easy to answer, some hurt to hear. All I could say, I love them, will keep fighting. Fighting to keep their friends & family here. Fighting for equity in race, gender, sex, neurological differences et al.
They are 10… they shouldn’t be this scared
