The humpback whale (Megaptera novaeangliae) are known for their acrobatic jumps. They feed on small fish, krill and plankton, to hunt them they circle their prey forming a curtain or bubbles ascending slowly until is the right moment to swallow their victims.

you don't need lower standards. you need less self-worth tangled up in your goals. the work gets easier when it's not about proving who you are.
