🌼 In December 2024, we visited the Forsinard Flows Nature Reserve in Scotland. In this study, we investigate the impact of a wildfire in 2019 on soil processes and carbon changes of burnt and unburnt pairs of different sites – and what it means for future climate scenarios.

I've been walking the Cleveland Way in the @northyorkmoors.org.uk and I've found Podzols, peat mosses, Gleysols and seagulls below soil profiles 🥾🦆
