since starting running again in august, we’ve definitely made some progress! more KM each month, and like 45 seconds faster pace each month ☺️also we haven’t missed a run for 8 weeks!

well our first 10k in over 6 years didn’t go exactly how we wanted - we fell hard on a trail about 4km in and then had a low blood glucose we had to manage for about 20 minutes - but it definitely feels like a big achievement considering how different our life and fitness is since pre-pandemic times

we absolutely smashed it on our run today ☺️ so close to a sub 5 1km and even unintentionally got close to a sub 10 mile! trying to get 33 year old legs to do what 23 year old legs could do is such a struggle but it’s also very fun!
