I repeatedly asked the Federal Government if the UN torture inspectors’ visit was on track and if the they would gain full access to all prisons and watch houses. They said yes when the truth was no. The Commonwealth funds 80% of all NT government, including its brutal jails. Open them.

Francesca Albanese slams the ‘ceasefire’:

‘Intended to achieve what the genocide could not’
‘The ethnic cleansing of Palestinians from Gaza 🇵🇸’
‘The end of the Palestinians right to self determination’

This is one of Albanese’s three great betrayals of the Australian people.

1. Woodside over the environment and indigenous heritage

2. US military complex over the entire budget and our sovereignty

3. Gambling industry over the most vulnerable.
“Australians lose close to $32 billion a year from gambling” but “Labor's leadership decided it was not worth acting on gambling advertising and upsetting the powerful lobby”.
Pure ALP.
Fear rules on gambling in Albanese government
Andrew Wilkie has asked the PM to allow a free vote on banning gambling advertising and it appears many Labor MPs would support it.

But they will not succeed.

I stand with Francesca Albanese. No one should be punished for reporting the truth.

Silencing her doesn’t change the reality; it only exposes the pressure to hide it.

A CNN investigation found that the IDF gunned down starving Palestinians trying to collect flour in Gaza. Then they bulldozed the corpses into unmarked graves, where they were left to rot and be scavenged by ravenous dogs.

“US offers to get Aus out of camps if they are issued with travel doc’s, but @australianlabor.bsky.social has said ‘this is not something the gov is considering.”
The camps are inhuman with life-threatening conditions. The indefinite detention of children, without charge, is unlawful.

Meanwhile, Israel remains accountable to no laws, no treaties and no global organizations. It takes what it wants, when it wants. It kills, destroys, pillages, imprisons, rapes and tortures because it has been allowed to.

Shameful, cowardly and unlawful. This is utterly disgraceful. The US wants the camp closed, it’s the perfect opportunity to get the women and children out, yet the Albanese Government refuses to repatriate them. Morally bankrupt.
Labor is failing to meet even Scott Morrison’s moral benchmark here. He brought Australian children home.

In many ways Albanese is the apotheosis of this process. He clings to the mythology of the lad from social housing who grew up to be PM, while effectively dismantling the social scaffolding that enabled his climb.
If parties reflect their leaders then Labor is a mirror of Albo as machine man.

Our involvement in AUKUS is unwarranted and despicable. The dent to our sovereignty is severe. The only beneficiaries being the retirement funds of both current and past politicians 😣
Fresh insight into why Labor is refusing to release the AUKUS review. US Undersecretary of Defence Elbridge Colby is backgrounding journalists on the upcoming US National Defence Review, calling Israel an “partner” and Australia “dependent.” That’s how they think. thenightly.com.au/politics/aus...
