Culture isn’t built on the values you have framed on a wall. It’s built by what you allow in the room.

When people see bad behaviour go unchecked, it sets a standard.

Tolerate it once, and it becomes the baseline.

Call it out, and you’ll create conditions for something better.

This week I’ve been digging into #ACOs and #IntegratedNeighbourhoods. Getting the changes a little more now although the timelines seem off still.

This week can really do one. Feeling physically and emotionally battered. Don’t suppose next week will be any better either - hard to see an end point in the current reorg chaos #done

Disappointing @cpcongress.bsky.social there is no option to add a Bsky account on the networking section of your app for tomorrow and Saturday?

Seems every session I want to attend is a duplicate time slot. Can’t remember if they get recorded. #teleport #timetravel

Brilliant paper on why promethazine is not a good option to aid sleep, and yet prescribing of it has doubled in last 5 yrs. What about OTC sales too, and also diphenhydramine.

This is interesting as I don’t suppose many cases end up in front of a GP? Or perhaps they do? 🤔
