The closure of bars and restaurants is nothing new in Portland, but I do recall a time when patrons could provide constructive feedback to the owners through online reviews. Nowadays people hop on the hype bandwagon via instagram or tiktok. The “reviews” are formulaic and lack substance.

Honestly sometimes wonder if it has to do with the color of the skin of the people who use the leaf blowers too
One of my least popular opinions with people in real life is that the reason people so aggressively despise anyone blowing leaves but are totes cool with people mowing their lawns is that the leaf blower thing is really about something class- or culture-related.
