To be fair, AI = chatbot using text is also a very recent assumption. The tweet makes no sense anyway (chatbots are still user interfaces), but AI is more than gpts 😅

That is a cool project, having real-life data to support these long term buying decisions is quite useful :D.

I know it's probably not something that you are involved with, but encountering these small cuts all over the place makes me wary of using digital services (even though I really want to and am able to).

Even though some patterns are weird. E.g., I have sensitive digital documents in ELSTER and in my employers' (a German state) backend. For both, I requested documents online, both send me physical letters, even though I have a private digital folder. So by not coming in, I actually lost time :(

Ah, that's quite good! I think Germany would profit from a large-scale "Going to the Amt? You can probably just do it online!" campaign that links to one central portal as entry point (which probably exists, and I just don't know about). Just need to change the assumption that you need to come in.

I'm very tech-affine, even had some contact with government services and I wouldn't have known I can change my address without coming in person. I think lack of awareness is definitely one problem 😅.

Yeah. Is there a way I can follow starter packs like hashtags? That would actually be kind of cool. I don't want to follow 50+ people in some starterpack, but seeing their posts from time to time would be neat.
