Just had front seat row to multiple lightning strikes on trees in someone’s backyard. Very impressive display of power by Mother Nature.

Made a veggie paella on Tues and a meat one tonight. We now have leftovers for a month! Our Spanish resident proclaimed them good but not quite right (bottom rice lacking crispness).
