I think it’ll just give more opportunity for non sblast comps. More stamper/dualie or bucket/decav. Stamper/decav seems weak without any aoe. Also yeah obviously sblast 92 is a bit weak but with the current main wep stats + burst it just has options to kill even it misses cuz it just has burst again
Sblast is just too op in tournaments and solo. Decav top tier as well in tournaments but I think stamper takes the slot of sblast after the nerfs cuz imo sblast shuts down everything but both stamper and bucket pretty hard in terms of strong frontlines
They should start with a nerf to the long range shot velocity and the efficiency of the gun to prevent it from getting more than 1 shot with 2 burst bombs unless you dedicate more than comeback + .4 sub saver. That would probably keep it strong but break it out of the overtuned level. RIP the 92 tho
Good kits are important for the game but sblast wins every tournament and has the highest pick rate in solo. It’s just blatantly overtuned unless the kit holds it back (sblast 92)
It’s the kit. The gun has a hitscan long shot and a big Luna short shot. Burst bomb allows you to chain aoe damage and have movement and a damage combo if you miss your direct. Also booyah got several buffs and is very strong atm. Sblast 91 has options for every scenario. Other weps are fine imo
Actually I think brella as a gun is decent but the kits are holding it back. Sorella is solid in TC but won’t work in comp as much because of pencil + cooler jumps
