Simple Chinese Noodle soup for lunch. It took me 15min but that’s only because I already have homemade chicken stock and shredded chicken at hand. Otherwise, it would take a lot longer.

It needed some water and needs longer cooking time because it wasn’t tender. I set it for 6hrs on low, so an hour or two more at least. 😊🍽️
This is a good dinner you can throw in the cooker before leaving for work.

Fired up some Pork Adobo in the slow cooker. This is my first time trying this and I had to convert a regular recipe for slow cooking. Sooo… this could either turn into the best idea ever or an utter disaster. 🤣

We’re visiting a friend and we’re bringing some High Protein Baked Macaroni Cheese. I made it with 200g cottage, another 200g mixture of Rigatello, Gouda, Emmental and about 30g of Mozzarella for some stringiness. 🤤🍽️

It arrived! It’s a hardcover, leather-bound copy of Grimm’s Fairy Tales which has the original darker stories instead of the toned-down, modern day version. This book is incredibly beautiful in real life, possibly the most beautiful book I ever owned. 🥹 Thank you so much @splindaugh.bsky.social

I can't believe Jibaku Shōnen Hanako-kun came out five years ago. 😱 Occult/Supernatural animes are a my guilty pleasure (even though a lot of them are terrible lol) but this one has a nice story & cute art-style. I'm rewatching it because I just found out season 2 came out earlier this year.
