#IAS2025: Reduced #ARVs dosing could be a crisis response to #HIVmeds stock-outs. French #guidelines already include this option for some adults.

But the African BREATHER Plus study reported that daily dosing was significantly better in adolescents:

Just to clarify that 2:7 dosing is recommended for people who are the receiving partner during vaginal/frontal sex rather than just everybody with a vagina. I.e. it depends on the kind of sex you’re having.
