For all the talk going around, I currently struggle to find a real sense of urgency or serious investment for the long war in any of the European capitals (Warsaw *might* be the exception, but not sure how sustainable their investments are either).
Illegal budgets themselves btw do not affect defence but how the government reshuffled some COVID-related funding into climate policy portfolios. Nevertheless further funding obviously now will be delayed, possibly cancelled and very likely make any procurements more expensive.
