Yesterday, Howard County lost a great woman, Grace Kubofcik, one of our steering committee members. She was a tireless advocate for affordable housing and cared deeply about creating an inclusive community.

Apr. 8 is the groundbreaking for the New Cultural Center. The housing portion of the project, called Artists Flats, will contain 174 residences, including 87 affordable homes.
