I wish I could somehow directly beam who I am as a dev in terms of all games that stir or sway every decision I make.

The "4 games to get to know me" is not sufficient. The character limit doesn't work. Even the three series I use in my bio aren't enough.

Oh wait, that's just finishing the game 😭

Hearing the animation fire while whistling Random Waltz for the millionth time whimsically as the cries from the new voice acting occasionally break out, half interrupted by Holy. I would be tempted to stir my meal dramatically in rhythm. Bombastic cooking!

I once avoided a Game Over cause I made one hide somewhere far away and led the rest to inevitably die on Height 2 tiles so that I could cast Target Height > Prime > Arise

I would hope for pixel art game for it to be low res, haha. Jokes aside, thank you! For pixel "perfection", the original res is only 360p so I found a few ways to maximize that cleanly to avoid mixels.

I tried a generator a few weeks after I made them and ended up hating it because I felt like cleaning them up by hand anyway. Tedium doesn't really bother me, even with all my modular parts.

I did find a new workflow, though! 😎

Thank you! It's cause of this and the original portrait that I started to dabble in these talking and blinking portraits. I ended up speed-pixeling dozens of these with a half hour time limit in the Spring and got loads of practice drawing so many cuties! Now I am doing it for my indie RPG's menus.

In my specific case, I am not just made up of my friends, but also the books I've read--the stories told in media.

Tactics is a huge component to me understanding modular game mechanics and design. I craved games like it but a lot of them failed to fill the same niche. Say what you want about this game, it bothers me not.

I owe a lot about my strongest relationship and my abilities to this game. I owe FF a lot.

The vacation I set aside for FFT is now at its end. I bonded over Final Fantasy Tactics with my husband over 15 years ago. It was the first game we played together when we finally shed the long distance part of the relationship just 4 years into it. I had every intention of staying.

I feel renewed.

Broke: I don't want to change back from a Moogle to my normal brand because Final Fantasy Tactics event I held is over.

This is probably the funniest gamedev accident I ever made. I had Dark Cloud 2 and my own game running at the same time, unaware that DC2 was still receiving input from my controller, so I went to go reminisce and mess around and had no idea I timed it well enough that Max's voice jumpscared me LMAO

I used the Zodiac Stones in my old project as a nod to FFT already, but I oft forget what they actually represent

I'm at the cusp of the last battle. Been 15 years.

It's been a decade and a half since I last played. While I am sad the WotL content isn't here, the voice acting makes up for most of it

Agrias sounds EXACTLY as how she did in my head. The setting in this game gives me so much joy. The same joy I had when playing the first time.

Job mixing is fun!

I used Shell immediately on everyone as Ramza came back to quickly use Chakra heals. The rest of my team remained scattered as Mustadio kept shooting Belias's legs.
