attrs will have a way to introspect the EFFECTIVE class build parameters in the next version. I swear to Cthulhu I thought this PR is gonna kill me (there's been A LOT more private hence and forth in the background), but I'm happy how it turned out: https://github.com/python-attrs/attrs/pull/1454
