Yes, large scale battles at Brigade or Divisional level are the draw for me. I'll post regularly once I start the project. 👍

Yeah I tend to keep a couple of hooked ones for various tasks, such as dotting in buttons etc. Sable appears to be the way to go. Thanks for the info. 👍

Thanks mate, that's good info. I've spent years using crappy cheap brushes, then wonder why they don't last too long! 😅 Do Sable brushes need any extra care?

😂👍 I've painted Warlords Epic Napoleonic and AWI range, but I just wondered if there was another option for big battles from other manufacturer's. There's quite a mixed bag of responses, but 28mm Perry and Warlord Epic seem to be the most popular choices. Thanks. 👍
