As much as American a use this issue in Canada as a reason against universal healthcare, they turn a blind eye to the fact that it's getting harder to find health professionals here and ER wait times are getting longer.

I think he'd take anyone who'd be willing. I'm sure few are, but those who curry favor can get the power, so they're out there.
