The Great War, especially the Somme, reaching local war memorial's and the people on them 1600 men + 1 lady, 150,000 words and counting , a former chair of a R.B.L. branch, and ex District Commissioner of Scouts, a casual birder.

Thank you, Percy was a pre-war Special Reserve, landed with 2nd Lincolns in Oct. 14, wounded then Gallipoli with the 6th. Lincoln, 18 months in hospital, to Ireland, then back to France to join 7th. Lincols April 1918, KIA 20th Oct.
