They made me a nice meal and it made me feel a lot better. And we went on a walk.

I just have one more day of getting scoped in my nose/ throat, get my shots, and then I can relax hopefully the rest of the day, please uggh goddd. 🙏😭🪦

I laughed for like 30 minutes in session.

Dude. Like. WAAAAH!!!! I keep bouncing between my different parts of me.

And then when I arrived at my friend's place I opened up telegram to something triggering. 😭 fuck.

But my homies took care of me when I was in a dissociative freeze state.

That was the most painful electrolysis 2hr session I have done yet 🥲🥲🥲 [total of 4 hrs this week, back to back. Weekly 4 hr sessions]

My numbing cream has been not working, and today it didn't... do anything at all.

I laugh to cope with strong pain, and today...

IFS feels really nice. Like all parts of myself have a home, with a different time period of healing.

It also gives a nice space to be able to talk to myself!! To be a better inner parent

It is my time of the month and my body aches like no other, bloated, and I have food poisoning, and I just recovered from being sick 🥲

And tomorrow and the day after is 4 total hours of electrolysis for surgery prep[driving thru rush hr]
