She should have said Congress, not Repuglicans in Congress, because they are ALL to blame for this mess. The same donors pay both D and R to do their dirty work. Yes, D are in the minority now, but there is so much they could be doing to fight back. Their silence is deafening.

If I had that kind of money I would use it to protect the animals, feed the hungry, house the poor and make sure everyone was educated. "Things" were never important to me.
