This has been a week … made it to the gym 4/5 days I committed to, almost got sick from undercooked meat, and sadly, one of my best friends slipped away from us on Sunday. Life is lifeing for everyone right now. Let’s be intentionally kind and mindful of one another. We all could use a little more ❤️
