My brother gifted our new dog, Mandy, an ET-400 receiver collar. I found the manual page via your PawPal feature and I am wondering whether there are supplementary manuals on how to remove the threaded bolts that holds the contact points? I want to convert it to a vibrating one - is that possible? If not, are there any other receiver collars that can? I am kind of in-between - I may or may not need the contact points depending on Mandy's future behavior or training difficulties so I was wondering if those threaded bolts are removable.
