As we seek to revitalize American manufacturing and build clean energy supply chains in the US, we cannot let unfettered pollution slowly kill fenceline communities and workers.

Lack of attention to disparate impacts is why places like Cancer Alley have been allowed to exist.

Apparently it's okay for the government to green light corporations spewing toxic pollution industrial communities, many of which are low-income and communities of color, but not to acknowledge or do anything about it.

Agencies have been directed to consider disparate impacts for years--the Biden admin just tried to do a better job of it than what was done in the past.
