I still have a way to go with sorting out the docs and communication around the terms for devs and user’s but that work is coming a long quickly. Same with accepting and paying out for sales and listing games.

I’ve started working on the core components for the desktop app. I’ve decided on an architecture pattern I like which fits well with what I intended for how developers would upload larger game builds onto the platform easily and work right with core functions of the desktop app.

Additional features related to accepting payments and uploading games/demos where added to get the web version of the platform into a more completed state at alpha release.

The Good news. 🙂
The reworking, largely for flexibility and security reasons, is completed and I reconnected it to the existing parts of the code-base related to the web version already.

So safety critical work had to be done first so I had to re-prioritize that and incorporate it which took some time away from releasing a slimmed down desktop and web version of IndieBuilds.

Bad news first. 🫠
After some major reworking the architecture and code of the platform it looks like it will invariably take me longer than expected so I will be pushing out an update say Feb or March or next year with a better timeline for version alpha.

Hank their fundamental limit is probability theory. They make x predictions with a non zero error rate of y.

Also depends on data quality used to train them so it could be a complete hit or miss depending on what you are trying to do.

I prefer human written sources closer to original source.

Hehe. Well if you can figure out how to use a game engine even at a novice level you can figure out anything.
