Thanks. I've tried meditation and it helps for a few days. Played some rain sounds on my speaker last night and managed some decent sleep

Thanks Ray. I stuck some rain sounds on my small speaker and managed to get about 6 hours of sleep, which was a big improvement

So I've had 12 hours of sleep in the last three days and my eyes are like matchsticks are keeping them open regardless of how tired I feel(which is a lot). Any advice, folks?

OH MY LIFE!!!
This weekend, TBP will be 7 years old!!!
How on Earth did that happen? Not bad really for something we used to call "a fancy off-licence".

We've had ups & downs! Spats with CWaC, survived lockdowns, won local, regional & national awards, & now also run an annual beer festival!
