Pregnancy after infertility is scary! I remember how excited so many people were. I just kind of felt numb. I was not sure how to react. I was too scared to be excited. I felt like I was in limbo for months. No longer in the ivf world, but didn’t feel like I belonged on the other side either.

It’s hard being vulnerable. It’s scary to open ourselves up to criticism, etc. it took courage to share your story! From my experience the infertility community holds each other up in love and support. Thinking of you 🧡🧡

What helped me was just giving myself grace. It is hard, it sucks and someday just getting through the day is enough. You don’t always have to be positive, it does not mean you don’t appreciate IVF and the possibilities it brings.
